Fantastic News! Oracle have released Java SE Version 6 Update 26!! This fixes 17 critical security bugs in Java. Java is one of the "Number 1" causes of drive-by infections. (That is, infections that don't require your consent to install, they just slip under the radar. No authentication required) It is _vital_ that you update immediately. If you have trouble updating, consult your local technical support people - But make sure that your updates are installed. And as a side note, make sure your Microsoft Windows products and Anti-Virus software is actually functional and updating _correctly_ as well. Windows - Get update from -: http://www.java.com/ Only get this and other updates from the valid source. In this case, it's Java/Oracle. I don't as yet know the status of the Apple update to Java. Just run Apple Update and see if it's there yet. I know that Oracle and Apple have been working towards getting the patches onto Apple faster.
